Les Bastides d'Uzes is a new residence complex, built in typical Provencal style and situated on the outskirts of the delightful medieval hill town of Uzes. The residence is set in landscaped gardens with a shared pool. It is within an easy ten minutes walk of the centre of Uzes along a quiet lane bordered by villas and fields with views of the Gorge d'Alzon and the Tour Fenestrelle.

Entrance to the complex is via a remote controlled security gate and there is a designated parking space for each property.

The pool is open from mid May to the end of September. Very young children will need to be supervised as there is no shallow ‘paddling’ end.

Ground floor open plan comprising:

• Kitchenette - well equipped with sink, worktop, cupboards, fridge, four ring electric hob, microwave oven, coffee maker.  Full set of cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, and a butcher’s block for BBQs outside.
• Dining area - table and four chairs + two stools to enable 6 person setting.
• Lounge area - double sofa bed, two easy chairs, footstool, pine dresser (housing games and information on the area), bookcase, radio/cassette/CD player. TV and DVD player.
• Toilet - with wash hand basin.
• Laundry room - with washing machine.

First floor

• Master bedroom – double bed, bedside units, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe
• Second bedroom – twin beds, chest of drawers and hanging rail
• Bathroom – bath with overhead shower unit
